All Sales Final
Due to the nature of the products offered by HelixaLife, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, HelixaLife is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused during transit.
Customers should first contact the carrier directly regarding lost or delayed shipments. HelixaLife will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. HelixaLife is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, replacements, or store credits are issued solely at the discretion of HelixaLife after review of the circumstances surrounding the order.
