Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

HelixaLife reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel orders for verification, inventory review, compliance purposes, or suspected fraud.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Incorrect shipping information

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

HelixaLife is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after shipment.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues. HelixaLife will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by destination.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws, regulations, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs requirements applicable to their jurisdiction.

HelixaLife is not responsible for packages delayed, held, seized, refused, or destroyed by customs authorities.
